In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customized solutions to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction through effective technical support, deployment, and troubleshooting of products and services. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in the implementation of our solutions and in maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support during the implementation phase of products and services
Work closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct training sessions and guide clients through product features and functionalities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure high service availability
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
Develop comprehensive documentation and manuals for clients to facilitate understanding of the deployed solutions
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product offerings to provide the best solutions for clients
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in a technical support or consulting role, preferably within a professional services environment
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
Proficiency in various operating systems, networking, and security protocols
Experience with relevant software applications and tools that aid in service delivery
A keen understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies
Proficientwith any one Object Oriented Programming language. C/C++,C#,JAVA. Etc. Proficient with any one relational database (RDBMS) MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle (additional experience in NoSQL database is a plus)
