Job Location: must be in the DC/MD/VA area due to requirement to work onsite in DC.
Salary: $120k yearly
We have a new job opening to support a federal gov’t customer. Please see the JD below. Thesalary rangewould start at $120K and depends on relevant experience. The person must be a US citizen and preferably have had US federal gov’t project experience. A must requirement is must possess at least one of the following 3 types of certifications:
· Certification:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);
· Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); or
· FITSP-Auditor (FITSP-A).
Job Description:
Manages the entire Security Testing and Evaluation program, and is responsible for:
• Meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements of the effort.
• Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and performance requirements;
• Performing security testing and reviews of application designs, source code and deployments as required, covering all types of applications (web application, web services, mobile applications, thick client applications, SaaS, etc.);
• Participating in Security Assessments of cloud service providers, networks, systems, and applications;
• Conducting reviews of assessment artifacts (Assessment Test Plans, System Security Plans, Security
Requirements
Traceability Matrix, etc.); and
• Preparing standardized System Assessment reports.
Qualifications Certification:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA);
FITSP-Auditor (FITSP-A).
Education and experience:
BS and 8+ years of FISMA and auditing related experience required;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study preferred
Skills:
Extensive knowledge of: NIST RMF framework and security controls; integrations testing; assessment and authorization (A IT concepts used in the evaluation of security performance and integrity of state-of-the-art applications, communications systems, hardware, software, and information processing systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
