About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-security system projects within the Gas sector. The role involves managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of security and fire protection projects.
* Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources efficiently.
* Oversee installation of perimeter security, CCTV, access control, and alarms.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety, and contractual obligations.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers for
quality control
.
* Conduct site visits and progress meetings, reporting to
senior management
.
Requirements:
* Proven
Project Management
experience in the security, fire protection, or Gas sector.
* Strong knowledge of integrated security systems and perimeter protection.
* Excellent stakeholder management and
leadership
skills.
* Familiarity with CDM regulations and health & safety standards.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
Preferred Qualifications:
* SHEA Gas certification or equivalent Gas sector qualifications.
* Prince2, APM, or equivalent
project management
certification.
*
Experience with
high-security environments (utilities, government, CNI sectors).
* Electrical or technical qualifications relevant to security systems.
