2+ years working with Email Security specific applications such as Proofpoint, SMTP, M365 Defender, DLP.
Experience with tools such as Service Now, Jira, Nagios, Splunk
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Experience working with enterprise change and incident management processes, security policies, regulatory, risk, compliance.
Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, and Product Model preferred.
