Description
The Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) seeks someone to fill the role of Agency Property and Security Manager. The Property and Security Manager will perform routine to highly complex property management and security work for the agency.
The work will involve serving as the agency’s primary point of contact with the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) to initiate, plan, coordinate and track building maintenance, repair, and custodial assistance requests, remodeling or constructions projects for the Lorenzo de Zavala building, State Records Center, Sam Houston Center and a new facility to be constructed. This position will also serve as the agency’s Security Coordinator, and back up other positions in the agency’s Support Services areas. Works closely with and assists the Chief Fiscal Officer in overseeing all facility and security related activities, including preparation and submission of reports and managing construction projects.
