Our client, an international property management firm is seeking for a Protection Management Manager who will oversee Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (HSE) operations for all company staff and properties managed by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HSE policies and safety training programs.
Supervise Security and Fire Protection contractors to ensure service quality.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, especially firefighting systems.
Prepare and submit firefighting and safety reports.
Coordinate with Firefighting Police for system inspections and drills.
Lead risk assessments and manage incident investigations.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Collaborate with government agencies on occupational safety matters.
Stay updated on health and safety standards and share insights.
Recruit, supervise, and develop safety training programs for staff.
Assist in preparing tender documents for safety-related services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Security, or Engineering (Fire Protection preferred).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years experience in Re-Opening for a New Building
Proficient in Vietnamese and English.
Extensive HSE exposure in residential property and Grade A offices will be a plus
Certified Safety and Health Officer or equivalent HSE credentials
