We are looking for Accounts Payable specialist:
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for the execution of payment term and credit limit negotiations with all vendors.
Responsible for ensuring all the proper functions of the department are followed within the timeline and guidelines provided by the Accounting Manager.
Process new vendor requests including credit applications; keeping updated records.
Ensure timely payments of vendors invoices.
Verify invoices for accuracy, including matching invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
Monitor the three-way matching systems process (purchase order, receiving and packing list) up to 100 plus line items in a timely manner.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Record/post expenses invoices.
Running weekly Pre-Check in SAP / ACH, wires & CC payments
Reconcile and monitor monthly vendor statements.
Manages monthly closing AP records to ensure the efficiency of all monthly closing tasks.
Provide support to other members of the finance team as needed.
Education and Experience:
Minimum 3 years accounts payable experience
Must be familiar with working in a high volume and inventory-intense environment.
Advanced excel required: Look-up formulas & pivot tables.
Experience in SAP is a must. You have to take excel test in office after the interview.
