RESPONSABILITIES:
Lead a team of quality inspectors, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure effective execution of quality control activities.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics, identify trends, and drive improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, equipment, and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to implement quality improvement projects and drive process optimization.
Manage customer complaints and non-conformance issues, coordinating investigations, corrective actions, and communication with customers as necessary.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components
FOR PHYSICAL SECURITY:
Execute the security plan across all sites locally, ensuring conformity with established corporate security standards and guidelines.
Escalate any identified security threats or vulnerabilities to our staff, sites, solution, local operations, and supply chains ; conduct related investigations as requested.
Provide emergency response training to all employees.
Implement a security awareness program for all employees.
Oversee 3rd party security providers, ensuring contract guard force appropriately follows security plan.
Maintain strong working relationship with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services providers
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is preferred.
Extensive experience in a quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve quality objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Thorough knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to quality improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex quality concepts clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
English speaker.
