Max Sent is hiring aQuality ControlManager to support the FPS contract inAnchorage, Alaska.
TheQuality ControlManager is responsible for implementing theQuality ControlPlan for various Armed Security Government Contracts. This includes constructing and implementing programs that comply with theQuality ControlPlan outlined in response to various contracts. These programs involve monitoring the execution of the Max Sent operation in the following **
Armed security officer performance and appearance on posts
Armed Security Officer qualifications to perform
Government-required personnel records
Timekeeping procedures and invoicing
Training procedures
Key control procedures
Equipment custody procedures
Essential *
Performing post inspections
Conducting audits
Completing reports and maintainingquality controlcompliance
Conducting weeklyquality controlmeetings with CorporateQuality ControlManager
Observing training and effectiveness of the instructors
Surveying the quality of learning environments
Completing statistical reports and conducting reviews with theQuality ControlCommittee
JOB REQUIREMENTS
TheQuality ControlManager must also meet the requirements listed *
Must be a United States Citizen, or a lawful permanent resident who is currently a member of, or who possesses a verifiable honorable discharge from, any component of the United States Armed Forces
Issued a Social Security Card by the Social Security Administration, which bears the individual’s name and social security number
Minimum of two (2) years ofQuality Controlexperience in civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service
Must have verifiable documentation of at least one experience level and educational level or any reasonable combination listed *
A minimum of two (2) years of security (armed) or law enforcement experience
A minimum of two (2) years of honorable service as a member of any U.S. Armed Forces component
Possess a high school diploma or GED or a minimum of 60 credit hours in a related field from an accredited institution
Successful completion of a federal/state certified law enforcementeducationand training or police officer’s standard training course that may result in a law enforcement appointment or commission
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point
Must be able to obtain US Government suitability to work on a Federal Government Armed Security Contract
