Our partner, a Swiss innovator in air traffic management solutions, is looking for someone to lead the quality department!
Your Mission
Lead and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001).
Oversee EASA regulatory compliance for DPO certification.
Promote a strong quality & safety culture through training and coaching.
Manage internal audits and drive continuous improvement.
Provide expert consulting in software assurance & safety for air traffic management.
Lead a team of 3 engineers, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.
Report directly to the director.
Your Profile
✔ Engineering degree with ISO 9001 & 27001 expertise (+ EN9100 is a plus).
✔ Experience in Aerospace/Air Traffic Control (mandatory).
✔ Knowledge of ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, DO-254 standards.
✔ Strong analytical skills, autonomy & adaptability in complex environments.
✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
✔ Bilingual in French & English
✔ Willing to travel within Switzerland & internationally.
