Valiant Integrated Services has an
exciting
opportunity for aRed Team Training & Certification Specialistsupporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency‘s (DTRA) Advance Red Cyber program in executing Red Team Assessments. The Training & Certification Specialist oversees Certification and Accreditation processes in accordance with DTRA provided standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Demonstrates expertise in the DoD Cyber Red Team Certification and Accreditation processes, provide recommendations to advance red cyber
leadership
.
Liaise with other Certified and Accredited DoD Cyber Red Teams.
Create and maintain internal documentation supporting emergent C&A requirements such as team operational policies and procedures.
Facilitate and track annual updates to policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Oversee all record keeping, including oversight and compliance logs and operator training and certification records.
Tracks all training certifications, requirements, and artifacts, to include operator DoD 8570.01-M requirements.
Validates that all Operator‘s records are current, complete, and accurate on a routine basis, to include prior to any red cyber assessments.
Build and maintain Individual Development Plan (IDP) and On the Job Training (OJT) requirements and checklists as well as tracking operator progress in IDP and OJT activities based on requirements and guidance provided by advance red cyber
leadership
.
Other duties as assigned.

CLEARANCE:
Top Secret (TS), TS/SCI preferred.
Required Experience:
1+ years‘ experience with red teaming, mission assurance, cyberspace operations, and/or information assurance.
Strong
critical thinking
and
communication skills
.
Proficiency in technical writing.
Desired
Skills:
Experience working with a DoD Certified and Accredited Cyber Red Team program.
Policy development and/or policy adjudication and/or writing procedures to comply with specific policies and/or standards.
Experience developing and maintaining tracking dashboards.
Work Environment
/Physical Demands:
Typical office environment, extensive domestic and international travel, extreme weather conditions. Sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
