Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction or technology sales, with experience developing strong sales networks. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and working with estimators to provide tailored security and low-voltage system integration solutions that enhance their operations.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze industry trends.
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Collaborate with the management team to strategize on achieving sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of our security and integration solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Skills
Proven experience in technology or construction sales, particularly low-voltage and network system solutions.
Proficiency in outside sales tactics, including networking and relationship building.
Experience in sales management, with a focus on developing strategic growth plans.
Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Strong skills in identifying customer needs and assisting in system design
Ability to evaluate and compare products and services effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving goals.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
