Position Summary
Responsible for providing guidance and direction to region operations in identification, evaluation and control of security and wage and payroll issues in compliance with all Federal, State and Local Security regulations. Assist with the design, development and implementation of corporate security and safety policies. Responsible for conducting security, safety and quality assurance audits, wage and payroll audits, non-security business audits, collection and analysis of data, region measurements, security and safety training and implementation of SCIS ASC internal audit and quality programs.
Specific Duties
Responsible for oversight of regulatory compliance directives, standard operating procedures and quality assurance program.
Compile and analyze regulatory data and generate compliance reports for locations within assigned regions. This includes Safety, TSA/Customer Security and non-security business processes.
Participates in the design and development of all regulatory and quality assurance programs.
Assists operating locations with inspections and interactions with regulatory agencies. Will serve as the primary contact for regulatory assistance and guidance within assigned regions. Will work collaboratively with Regional Directors and City Managers/Supervisors to ensure governmental and customer compliance.
Liaise with TSA and Customers on regulations and matters related to aviation security
Will be responsible for managing the implementation of SOPs, and Safety programs within assigned regions.
Documentation of audits, process improvements, and best practices for HDQ.
Will assist Regional Directors and City Managers/Supervisors with management and hourly training for all corporate regulatory programs.
Minimum Background, Education & Experience
Bachelors degree, preferably Regulatory, Science or Quality-Control Related or related work experience
Demonstrated regulatory experience such as TSA, OSHA, FDA, DOT, etc., preferred
Management level knowledge of TSA security requirements to include Catering, Aircraft, Rampside and Cargo Security preferred
Experience with development of regulatory/security systems and programs
Experience in regulatory reporting, recordkeeping, testing, problem-solving including HR and payroll processes
Computer proficient using Microsoft Office Suite software, excellent writing skills
Ability to work in a team environment and with regulatory agencies
Ability to interact and communicate at all levels of the organization
Requires up to 90% travel
Ability to:
Pass a 10 year history with most recent 5 years verified
Must be able to check against recent version of FBI watch list
Must be able to obtain a TSA STA clearance and FBI Fingerprint clearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 – $81,400.00 per year
