Resident Support
Do you have a passion for mentoring young adults and do you want to support a program that preserves our natural resources?
We are seeking a responsible and compassionate individual to work with young men and women (ages 18-25) known as Corpsmembers (CMs) who are training to be firefighters or in other outdoor careers protecting California’s natural resources. Our beautiful residential campus is situated on 15 acres in an environmental rated building.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will work with a team supporting Corpsmember Development (CMD), the education focused department of our training program. Your role on this team will be primarily administrative; file-keeping, tracking, data entry etc.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Administrative background
Light security detail
Ability to work in a dynamic emergency response setting
This is a full-time 40-hour position.
All applicants will be screened, and the most qualified candidates will be invited to an interview. The final candidate will complete additional screening items including: a live scan and drug test. An official position cannot be offered until these steps are complete and approved. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
