Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and guest. This role requires a proactive approach to security, conflict management skills to prevent incidents and respond effectively when necessary.
Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or breaches.
Respond promptly to emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
Document incidents and prepare reports for management review.
Skills
Certification in security or law enforcement is preferred.
Experience in conflict management to effectively handle disputes or confrontations.
Military experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
