Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents. This role requires a proactive approach to security, exceptional observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to alarms/ incidents as they arise. The Armed Security Officer will utilize their skills in vigilance and conflict management to ensure the safety of the area.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Conduct vehicle rover inspections of all perimeters.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Document incidents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies.
Requirements
Proven experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Familiarity with home alarms and response.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Must possess a valid armed security officer license or certification as required by state regulations.
Military experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
