ASC Protection is seeking a Residential Security Team Lead to oversee security operations for a high-profile residence in Los Angeles. This role requires a strong leader with experience managing large security teams, providing soft skills training, and ensuring seamless daily client operations.
Duties
Lead and supervise a team of security professionals, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Oversee daily security operations, including access control, patrols, and emergency response.
Train and mentor security personnel in soft skills and client interaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures.
Prior experience in a leadership role within security, law enforcement, or military.
Strong ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and provide clear direction.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Must pass background checks and meet licensing requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
