Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Patrol Officer to join our team. As a Patrol Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
– Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of individuals on the premises
– Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or security breaches
– Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
– Respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or accidents, and provide first aid or CPR if necessary
– Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, or any other relevant information
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and assist in investigations
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns from employees, visitors, or clients
– Conduct thorough inspections of access points, ensuring that they are secure and functioning properly
– Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to company property
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in law enforcement or security-related fields are a plus
– Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in law enforcement or military
– Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
– Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
– Proficient in first aid and CPR procedures
– Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Must be able to pass a thorough background check
