Are you a detail-oriented and proactive security professional with HOA experience? Armorous Security is seeking a reliable and dedicated Unarmed HOA Security Officer to join our team at a fast-paced site. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling administrative tasks, patrolling the area, and maintaining a high level of vigilance to ensure the safety and security of the community.
Position: HOA Security/Patrol
Shifts:
Sunday – – – 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Monday – – – 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Tuesday – – – 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Wednesday – – – 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Thursday – – – 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Compensation: $21.00 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain kiosk operations for a designated amount of time
Perform comprehensive vehicle patrols and gate checks throughout the site
Ensure safe and cautious driving to effectively monitor the area
Conduct gate functionality checks once per shift
Issue and process parking permits
Identify and report CC&R violations within the community
Answer and document incoming phone calls and their outcomes
Record kiosk visits and their outcomes
Proactively monitor surveillance cameras
Document individuals loitering at the gate and waiting for it to open
Qualifications:
Previous HOA security experience is highly preferred
Excellent administrative and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (MVR)
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to remain vigilant and proactive in ensuring the security of the community
