Nettles Island is looking for one (1) part-time Gate Attendant/Security Guard at their facility to:
· Grant access to authorized residents, guests, and vendors to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
· Remain alert and create reports of any irregular or suspicious activity that may create safety or security concerns
· Dispatch police or fire department when necessary
· Provide assistance to residents and visitors in a professional manner

Qualifications/Requirements
Security: 1 year (Preferred)
· Class D License
· Valid Driver’s License
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Must pass drug test and background check
