Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Retail Security Officer to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our retail establishment while providing outstanding customer service to our patrons. This position offers a dynamic work environment with flexible shift options.
Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activity
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Collaborate with store management and staff to address security concerns
Requirements:
Valid guard card issued by the State of California
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Excellent attendance record
Ability to work mornings, swings, and weekends as needed
