MAN Commercial Protection are looking for a Retail Security Supervisor located in Peterborough
The shift pattern will consist of the following hours: Monday:10-7, Tuesday:10-7, Wednesday:10-7, Saturday:07:30-17:30.
Payrate: £12ph rising to £13ph in April 2025.
Main responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
Deal with customer queries and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain a safe environment for all visitors and staff.
Respond to fire alarms and incidents on site, following the appropriate procedures.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is desirable.
Supervising a team
The ideal candidate must have:
You must be able to work on your own initiative.
Full 5-year checkable work/education history
You MUST hold a valid SIA DS Licence
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations calmly.
