Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and visitors. Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure comprehensive surveillance coverage.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and security within the premises.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to identify potential security risks.
Provide assistance during conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities for record-keeping purposes.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
Proven experience in security is required.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment and CCTV operation is essential.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
