Qualifications:
Speak, read, and write English
Must be age 18 or older
1st Aid/CPR
Shall possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency
Be able to pass rigorous background screening
Valid California Drivers License
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Research skills, ability to intake, evaluate and sift large quantities of information.
Strong analytical skills, ability to provide rigorous and creative insight into complex situations.
Strong computer skills
Familiarity with standard security communication protocols and security tools.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to read and write reports.
Have a clear understanding that this is not a dispatch position.
Expected Responsibilities:
Call center background experience preferred
Customer service background experience a must
Alarm monitoring background experience
Processing Work Orders – ex Incident Reports, etc
24/7 operations center tasked with monitoring security systems throughout the territory.
The analyst receives and responds to numerous alarms, and handles multiple phone calls daily.
The analyst is the first line support on security-related incidents.
