Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, loss prevention, and conflict management. The Security Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of premises through effective monitoring and response protocols.
Duties
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as necessary.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed in emergency situations.
Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques.
Experience
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is an asset.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
