Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Safety Officer role located in Batticaloa at Tudawe Brothers. The Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing health & safety standards, conducting occupational health assessments, investigating accidents, implementing security measures, and providing safety training to employees.
Qualifications
Diploma or Equivalent Qualification
More than 2 years experience in the construction industry (BUILDINGS).
Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Accident Investigation skills
Security and Safety Training knowledge
Experience in developing and implementing safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant certification in occupational health and safety
Prior experience in the construction industry is advantageous
