Key Responsibilities
Oversee the creation and issuance of IDs for JIGPC personnel and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with established security protocols
Assist in the development and implementation of ID processes and procedures for stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, ensuring the security of doors, windows, gates, and all JIGPC assets
Respond promptly to alarms and disturbances, investigating and reporting incidents as necessary
Collaborate with Health & Safety personnel to ensure alignment between ID management, security, and health & safety practices
Conduct regular audits of the ID issuance process to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
Provide support during JIGPC emergency situations, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Maintain accurate records of ID issuance and stakeholder access activities
Assist in training staff on ID processes and security procedures to ensure compliance and understanding
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
This role requires a proactive individual with practical experience in security operations, capable of responding effectively to incidents and emergencies
Familiarity with ID security protocols and international best practices in an industrial environment
Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
