Primary Responsibilities:
Regular
Conducts routine inspection of company facilities to ensure conformity to existing government regulations.
Attend/participate in meetings with other Departments, agencies and organizations relative to Ground related issues.
Participate in OSH related activities and provide data required for timely submission of OSH requirements.
Assist the Manager Ground Safety in conducting an investigation for ground related incidents/accidents
Assist in handling concerns regarding ramp operations matter.
Conduct ramp operations surveillance and routine inspection of the airport airside area to identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts within the operations.
Coordinate with Operations group as well as airport authorities in ensuring the safe flow of ground
operations
Perform other task required by the Manager – Ground Safety/Director Safety/VP-SQS
Periodic
Maintains and update Safety Procedures manual related to ground safety (annually or as necessary).
Assist Manager Ground Safety in the conduct of aerodrome technical survey of proposed new destinations;
Prepare CAD lay-out of aircraft parking bays.
Prepares survey reports and monitor status of action plans for every proposed new station.
Prepares and disseminates safety information thru safety bulletins and advisories.

Security Management System

Level of Authority
Authorize to conduct safety assessment and identify non-compliance to occupational safety and health standards.
Authorize to conduct routine inspection of company facilities to ensure conformity to existing government regulations.
Authorize to attend/participate in meetings with other Departments, agencies and organizations relative to OSH issues.
Qualifications:
College graduate
Engineering Degree in Aviation is an advantage
Experience/Knowledge in Auto CAD drawing is preferred.
