Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional looking for an opportunity to play a crucial role in security operations? We are seeking a Security Admin to support our safety and security team by ensuring smooth administrative processes, compliance, and coordination.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
As a Security Admin, you will be the backbone of the security department, ensuring all records, permits, and compliance documents are up to date. Your ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently, communicate effectively, and support security operations will contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Maintain and update security records, reports, and documentation
✅ Process work permits, passes, and access control requests
✅ Assist in coordinating security training and emergency response drills
✅ Liaise with vendors, external agencies, and internal departments for security-related matters
✅ Monitor compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations
✅ Support security operations with scheduling, incident reporting, and data entry
✅ Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Qualifications & Skills Required
✔ Strong organizational and administrative skills
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Prior experience in security administration or a similar role is an advantage
✔ Familiarity with security protocols, procedures, or incident reporting is preferred
