Responsible for aggressively driving store sales and profit growth by insuring a friendly, well trained customer responsive team that is highly visible on sales floor. Responsible for the overall of Store Sales and Services performance whilst maintaining store standards with high sense of urgency and high energy level. Attention to details, demonstrating the philosophy of hands-on management while exercising our company culture of “C.C.A.R.E” and by treating employees as individuals with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Ensure that all Sales employees understand eXtra Customer Services Philosophy.
Ensure that all Sales employees demonstrate superior Customer Service on the sales floor.
Ensure that all customers’ complaints are resolved daily with a high sense of urgency.
Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service.
Sales performance:
Responsible for aggressively driving sales across all Sections.
Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
Communicate action plans for sales improvement with Section Heads.
Loss Prevention & Safety:
Ensure adherence to all company directed programs.
Advise Store Manager of potential security risks and major shrink issues.
Ensure that the store environment is safe for employees and customers.
Detect common signs of shoplifting, theft and other security risks and promptly communicated to loss prevention.
Comply with all Safety & Security procedures.
Employees Supervision:
Ensure store atmosphere supports “Open door policy”.
Provide supervision to Section Heads and provide feedback to ensure section performance is maximized.
Inform Section Heads of performance expectations.
Communicate Policies, procedure and corporate program to employees.
Qualification:
2-3 years Prior “Retail – Point of Sale”Managerialexperience.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
Arabic & English Language.
