Education and Experience:
1. 2 years of Manager/Supervisor Experience
2. Required Basic Training (e.g., CPR / First Aid) housing services.
2. A valid driver’s license and documentation of appropriate automobile insurance.
3. High School diploma or equivalent
4. Needs to be comfortable in doing vitals and assisting with medications.
5. Will get assisting with medications certification within 30 days after hired
Essential Job Functions:
1. Hold and maintain the safety and well-being of the client as the number one priority
2. Supervise clients’ day to day activities and get clients to group on time.
3. Maintain and monitor daily environment of care checklists.
4. Document all unit problems or incidents. Report safety issues timely.
5. When needed, monitor client self-administration of medication and document appropriately.
6. Investigate and attempt to resolve problems that arise in the facility.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for clients.
8. Participate in staff meetings as scheduled.
9. Transport clients to 12-step meetings and outings as scheduled.
10. Support clients in their recovery.
11. Collect UA samples as necessary.
12. Complete intakes and discharges on clients per protocol
13. Will complete and manage the RA staff scheduling and time off requests
14. Will complete RA EPP’s and continued supervision to assist in their staff development.
15. Will organize, schedule, and facilitate RA meetings and update/brief the leadership during the leadership meeting.
16. Will coordinate and facilitate RA trainings as needed.
17. Assist in the development and implementation of policy and procedures.
18. Attend all necessary meetings including but not limited to clinical, staff, medical and RA meetings.
19. Will assist RA’s, admin assistant, case management, clinical director, ED and CEO as needed.
20. Is involved with QM team and attends all QM meetings.
21. Will facilitate, coordinate, manage and assist staff in completing necessary trainings, i.e. CPR, first aid, AED etc…
22. Will review and assure all nightly RA checklists are completed appropriately.
23. Will conduct all RA employee coaching and verbals.
24. Will be on the floor to maintain and supervise the unit.
