Full Job Description
Bolt Security Guard Services is looking for an hourly Scheduler, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
You would be responsible for scheduling all security shifts and sites as necessary.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduler. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing schedules for our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
Duties:
– Create and maintain schedules for employees, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts
– Coordinate with managers and supervisors to determine staffing needs
– Monitor employee attendance and time-off requests
– Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unexpected absences
– Communicate schedule changes to employees in a timely manner
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
– Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise
– Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and attendance
Skills:
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling
– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
– Conflict management skills to handle scheduling conflicts or issues
– CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification
– Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems or willingness to learn
– Background in law enforcement or security is a plus
– First aid training is preferred
