School Security Greeter/Campus Monitor – Mamaroneck, NY!
Full Time – Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 3:30PM
Must have flexible availability for on-call post coverage as needed please!
$24.88 PER HOUR
Position Summary:
Serving in a dual-function role, theSchool Security Greeter/Campus Monitorexcels at welcoming students, staff and guests to the Mamaroneck School District and ensuring a safe and secure environment, providing guidance and assistance to appropriate locations within the campus and maintaining vigilant patrol to observe and report any suspicious activities throughout the campus. As an ambassador to our “We Care” philosophy, the Security Greeter/Campus Monitor works in conjunction with Operations and Supervisor teams in fostering best practices in company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal and DOS regulations and is committed to therespectand integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional client and customer service experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors with guidance and directions to the appropriate locations within the school district
Provide and maintain on-call availability in responding to requests to fill in at posts needed urgent coverage
Maintain a vigilance in observing and reporting any suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities
Patrol the campus buildings throughout the district as directed to ensure all activities adhere to the school district’s security protocols and policies
Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a coordinated response to any security-related incidents
Perform duties with diligence andrespectto ensure the safety and security of assigned client, visitors and property
Adheres to all Company service and operating standards
Additional tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
School greeter/campus monitor experience
Strong customer-oriented approach and professional appearance
Superb interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and guests
Flexible on-call availability to respond to short-notice requests to fill in as a Security Greeter when needed
HS Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Exceptional work ethic and reliability
