American Security Agency LLC is seeking dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle conflict effectively. The Armed Security Officer will work in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks and ensure safety.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary; maintain certification in these areas.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential issues.
Experience
Previous experience in security or law enforcement or military is preferred.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques is a plus.
Military experience or training can enhance candidacy for this role.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
