ESP Pros is currently looking for dedicated, and experienced security professionals for both full-time & part-time roles within our organization. We offer further training opportunities so your employment growth is never stagnant.
These Security Professionals would have the opportunity to become BSIS Licensed Security Agents and join our amazing Security team that provides top notch security protection. Our agents allow us to accomplish our company’s core purpose which is “to serve, secure, prevent and care for the people and businesses in our communities”. It is key that our agents be professional in both appearance and presentation. Have extensive security or military background and have great customer service & de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities:
Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing.
Greet guests / employees in a professional, welcoming manner.
Observe alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
Investigate disturbances and detect signs of crime or disorder.
Perform patrols randomly, and frequently, of building and perimeter.
Monitor and manage access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid active BSIS Guard Card
At least 18 years of age.
Must have a working smartphone
Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
Must be able to obtain a valid California BSIS Guard Card.
As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards.
Ability to provide quality customer service.
Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred:
Valid active BSIS Open Carry Permit
CPR/First Aid
Deescalation Training (CPI, Hanna Institute, etc.)
Police report writing training
Bilingual- preferably Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word
