Description:
Help create a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, artists, and staff. Security team members monitor the venue, assist with crowd control, and enforce safety policies.
Requirements:
Prior security, event staff, or crowd management experience required
Must be 21+ and able to stand for long periods
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Ability to work nights, weekends, and late hours
Experience handling ID checks and enforcing alcohol policies preferred
NC security guard certification is a plus
