Job Overview
Are you passionate about operating secure facilities and managing complex infrastructure? AWS is seeking an experienced SFOM to lead daily operations, security, and continuity plans for critical facilities supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and managing remote project teams.
Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations and address customer requests
Develop and execute maintenance and security plans
Coordinate emergency actions and facility blueprints
Support budget planning and resource allocation
Oversee facility repairs, alterations, and security protocols
Manage remote teams and technical troubleshooting
Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years in secure facility management
5+ years managing large-scale secure facilities (HVAC, electrical, data centers)
Active US TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
Preferred:
Master’s degree or 15+ years experience
Experience designing and operating critical infrastructure
Vendor management and budget experience
Additional Requirements
This role requires US citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance, and willingness for after-hours on-call duties.
