Security Jobs in Marathon, FL at Isla Bella Beach Resort
Job Function:
Verifying the identity of all individuals and vehicles entering the resort property at the entrance gate.
Maintaining the safety and security of the hotel, guest and team members and their property by providing constant vigilance in and around the resort’s premises
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
Acting promptly to any event/circumstances that requires attention
Ensuring inspections of the resort premises are done on a routine basis
Assisting management with any incidents that arise on property
Assisting with reporting on team member and guest incidents and accidents
Minimum Requirements:
1 year of Security Officer experience preferred
Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality is a plus
Extensive knowledge of safety
First aid and CPR certified preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
