Your role as a security officer is multifaceted, requiring a vigilant eye, quick response to any potential threats, and a calm demeanor in all situations. You are responsible for maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols of the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and promptly addressing any breaches or disturbances. Beyond maintaining physical security, you serve as an ambassador of hospitality, providing friendly assistance to members and guests while enforcing club policies and regulations with professionalism and tact.
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises.
**Duties:**
– Patrol designated areas to ensure security of premises
– Detect and report incidents such as accidents, suspicious activities, or security breaches
– Respond to member issues and investigate disturbances
– Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
**Requirements:**
– Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus but not required
– Experience in law enforcement or security-related field is a plus but not required
– Strong conflict management skills
– Excellent report writing skills
