Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity
– Respond promptly to any security breaches or emergencies
– Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports
– Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or theft
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and employees with any security-related concerns
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Skills:
– Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of security equipment
– Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills for report writing
– Familiarity with militarized security operations is a plus
– Possess relevant certifications in security or law enforcement
