Job Summary
We are seeking unarmed security guards to become an integral part of our team. The selected individuals will patrol and secure the assigned premise as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. We have 2 full-time positions available. This contract is from March 1st, 2025 with an expected end date of September 30, 2025.
Position 1: Wednesday & Thursday 3:00pm – 11:00pm (2:30pm – 10:30pm months schools are in session; March-May and Aug.-Sept.)Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 11:00am – 7:00pm
Position 2: : Monday & Tuesday 3:00pm – 11:00pm (2:30pm – 10:30pm months schools are in session; March-May and Aug.-Sept.)Friday, Saturday, Sunday 4:00pm – 12:00am
Security Guard Pay
Pay $18/hr
Responsibilities:
Monitor community pools and parks via marked security vehicle mobile patrols and stationary post to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors and windows to ensure proper function and security
Fill out daily reports of incidents and any other activity that may take place
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations. Check for key cards as well in community pools
Expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking utility pipes
Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Be able to handle standing/sitting for long periods of time
AZ DPS Unarmed Guard Card
Ability to pass a background check
Clean MVD record
High School diploma or higher is required
Priority to prior Military and Law Enforcment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
