We are seeking a dedicated Security team member to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors by patrolling and monitoring the premises.

Security Requirements:
Previous security experience preferred
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and listening skills
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Passion for helping others and ensuring safety
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
Dependability and reliability
As a Security Team Member, You Will:
Secure premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment and building entrances
Permit and observe entry and exit of visitors, staff, and personnel
Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies
Answer phones courteously and distribute calls to appropriate departments
Use judgment and problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations
Contact emergency personnel when necessary and provide assistance in crisis situations
