Qualifications:

Security Account Manager oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Responsibilities:
Interact with all guests (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor
Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time
sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or
disciplinary actions when necessary
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
Perform yard check audits on a daily basis.
Conduct performance evaluations of staff at regular intervals.
Ensure Schedules are always covered per client service agreement specs.
Order access cards, equipment, and uniforms for all staff that require them.
Conduct audits of payroll for accuracy daily.
Research potential payroll issues when they are reported and report findings to corp.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Noncommisioned Security licensing (Required)
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving history (Required)
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attentive to detail
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
