CHALLENGE:
To join our IT consultancy team, which is growing rapidly on a daily basis;
To join a multidisciplinary team;
OMG of the Data Centers’ Network and Security infrastructures
Ensuring all the Operation, Maintenance and Management functions of the Network and Security infrastructures and the services supported;
Tracking complex incidents and managing relations with suppliers/manufacturers;
Equipment stock control;
Ensuring that the register of infrastructures and solutions is kept up to date;
Drawing up procedures;
Continuous analysis of infrastructures, proposing improvements;
Integration into the prevention team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (compulsory);
Must have strong knowledge of Cisco equipment (Nexus 5K, Nexus 7K, Nexus 9K, Catalyst, among others);
Preferably also have knowledge of Huawei equipment;
Knowledge of F5 and A10 balancers;
Knowledge and experience of CheckPoint, Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls;
Must have strong knowledge of dynamic and static routing protocols, switching, layer 2, IPv4, IPv6, VXLAN, MPLS, QoS;
Must have knowledge of troubleshooting to resolve both equipment and service malfunctions.
Must have experience of opening cases and dealing with TACs from different manufacturers.
