AMARANTE is actively seeking a Security Advisor for a Major European Client in the banking sector.
The Security Consultant will manage security for an Institutional Client in Luxembourg.
1. Work Scheme
• On-site working hours: 06:00-24:00 – 5 days on 7
• On-call duty outside working hours
2. Responsibilities
A) PROVISION OF SECURITY AND SAFETY ASSISTANCE SERVICES
• Plan, prepare, and coordinate the execution of protection operations abroad.
• Arrange security and safety assistance services for business travelers.
• Arrange security and safety assistance services for all External Offices
• Update Country Briefs for business travelers and External officestaff.
• Draft and manage Security Plans, Evacuation Plans, and SOPs for External Offices.
• Maintain a tracking tool and master list.
• Manage the calendar of events abroad with the client’s participants or hosted by the client.
• Manage GIS and tracking systems.
• Completing appropriate documentation for any supplier services and maintaining any internal records required.
B) HANDLING OF TRAVEL PROTECTION CLEARANCE REQUESTS
• Process all incoming Travel Protection Clearance requests.
C) PRODUCTION OF SITUATION REPORTS
• Draft Security, Safety, and Crisis reports.
D) PRODUCTION OF PROTECTION ALERTS
• Monitor and generate alerts about Security, Safety, and Crises.
E) PRODUCTION OF RISK ASSESSMENTS
• Draft risk Security and Safety assessments regarding the clientGroup, including its staff and premises.
• business activities and events.
• Proactive monitoring of all security and safety-related developments relevant to the client.
• Proactive gathering of all security and safety-related information pertinent to the client
WORK SCHEME
• Permanent position
• Five days a week, in 8-hour shifts, depending on the week and the customer’s needs.
• Update Risk Assessments if and when needed
F) PROTECTION EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
• Apply and maintain an inventory of all existing protection equipment, including satellite phones, radios, and other equipment.
• Carry out regular functionality tests of the equipment.
• Documentation of handing over and receiving of equipment
• Providing instruction on the usage of equipment, including handing over a manual
G) SECURITY AND SAFETY TRAINING ADMINISTRATION
• Support the planning of training courses.
• Support the registration of training participants.
• Set up and maintain related statistics
3. Education and Experience
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the field of Personnel Security and Protection Services.
• Critical technical/professional knowledge and skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Drafting skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong expertise in security services.
• In detail, the consultants who should be identified in the Service Provider’s Proposal in response to these Assignment Terms of Reference must have adequate experience and training to perform the tasks and activities described in section 3
Salary : 50-54K
