Description
As a member of the Chattanooga Lookouts Security team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our fans, and staff, during games and events. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, observant, and customer service-oriented to join our team for the upcoming season.
**Responsibilities:**
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized entry or activity
Check patron bags upon entrance to the facility, ensuring no outside food or beverage is brought into the stadium as well as prohibited items.
Provide exceptional customer service to fans and guests by assisting with directions, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Enforce venue policies and rules in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with other security team members and staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees
**Requirements:**
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous security experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
