Job Description
Happy Group is hiring Event Security Officers for the 2025 festival season. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of some of the most exciting live events in the region. We’re looking for dependable, professional, and proactive individuals who can provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to festival guests and staff.
Monitor event areas and respond to security concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Maintain a strong presence and remain alert throughout your shift.
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and local law enforcement when necessary.
Adapt quickly to changing situations and assist in crowd management, access control, and emergency response.
Follow all company protocols and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Must have an active California BSIS Guard Card.
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training certification required.
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have reliable transportation to and from event sites.
Prior event security experience is a plus but not required.
Additional Information
Seasonal role from June 1 to November 1, 2025
Events primarily take place on weekends; flexibility is a plus
