Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor premises, respond to incidents, and enforce property rules.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Operate and maintain CCTV and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing assistance as necessary.
Enforce rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access or illegal activities.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide support during investigations.
Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations as required.
Skills
Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and surveillance technology.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred.
Experience in a militarized environment or holding relevant certifications is a plus.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
