Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Bouncer experience prefer, this position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance and monitoring of the facility.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.
