Now hiring Security and Safety Officers to join our team at our Semi-Truck storage and repair yard located in East Dundee. No prior security experience necessary, but a strong sense of motivation is a must. Ideal candidates will possess at least 2 years of driving experience with a clean record, along with a self-driven attitude. Upon hire, completion of a Security Officer Training Course is required. Starting pay is $23 per hour with both part-time and full-time positions available. Full-time positions offer benefits such as health insurance and vacation pay. Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report on any facility/premise issues or incidents
Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields a bonus but not required
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Self motivated
Customer service skills

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
